Something not working, or a question about how Threk counts what you did. The five things that actually go wrong are answered in full below. If none of them is yours, the form reaches a person.

the sign-in code never arrives
The code arrives within a minute. If it does not: check the spam folder, then make sure the address is the one you signed up with — a code is only ever sent to an address that asked for it. Codes last ten minutes; asking for a new one invalidates the previous one, so use the last one you received.

my video is stuck uploading
The upload resumes on its own, including after you close the app: the video stays on your phone until it is fully uploaded, so nothing is lost. Reopen Threk on a stable connection and leave it in the foreground. The attempt is already in the leaderboard while the video travels — the video is what moves it into the verified one.

my attempt is not in the leaderboard
Every attempt enters the leaderboard, completed or stopped. Two filters can hide yours: verified only, which shows attempts with an approved video, and the segment filters. Switch to everyone and it is there. An attempt with a video waiting for review is in the leaderboard the whole time it waits.

i want a video taken down
You can withdraw your own entry and delete its video from the app at any time, from your profile. If the video is someone else's and you are in it, use the reporting policy — that route reaches a human and has a deadline attached.

i want my account deleted
From the app: settings, then delete account. It removes the account, the attempts and the videos, and it cannot be undone. The deletion page explains exactly what goes and what stays.
